Our History

Forhallande began 2005 with a team of five driven business professionals. The word forhallande - Swedish for “relationships” - represents our overall goal. This goal is to facilitate business relationships between our customers and Sweden, while maintaining an interpersonal relationship with our customers and employees.

 

Although we began as a small office with only ten employees, Forhallande started off on the right foot with a $5 million in profit within its first five years of operation. Customers began to trust Forhallande and their expertise of all import and export needs. Today, Forhallande is the leading expert in operations and information technology.

 

With over 300 employees, this year’s revenue was over $200 million. Forhallande has been very successful in facilitating trade procedures and providing global trade recommendations for our customers. Specializing in business between Sweden and the United States has been very rewarding for both Forhallande and our customers.
